2019 Clean Air Bike Ride
Distances: 100/48/28/14 Where: Inverness Trail Head When: Saturday, March 23, 2019 with kickoff 7.00 a.m. - 9.00 a.m. Rain or Shine. No Mass Start. Continental Breakfast for all Entrants Course: Our trail is the longest paved trail in Florida and listed in National Geographic′s Traveler Magazine as one of the top 20 trails in the United States. The World Wildlife Fund says our trail is "One of the coolest places you′ve EVER seen". The ride begins at the Inverness Trail Head this year, with additional SAG stops at Ridge Manor, Istachatta, and Citrus Springs. This paved Withlacoochee State Trail winds through Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties in West Central Florida. The Trail Head is 2/10 mile north of the Old Historic Courthouse in downtown Inverness. Choose from 4 distances on this springtime nature ride: 14 Miles: Heading South from the Trailhead, take our shortest loop and enjoy a scenic ride to Historic Floral City. 28 Miles: Enjoy a fully supported SAG stop at the small town of Nobleton, including a park, music, and restrooms! 48 Miles: This is our most popular distance and the SAG stop is located at Ridge Manor Trailhead (24 miles South) with large food and beverage support. 100 Miles: For the more serious rider. Ride the trail from end to end and complete this 50 mile stretch out and back with limited road crossings and plenty of wide open space to spin your wheels. Century Challenge for those riders who complete the 100 mile route will receive a custom commemorative Century Finisher Medallion to wear proudly. New for 2019 Two super cool trophies will be awarded to the team with the Most Participants and the team that completes the Most Miles! Minimum of 10 per team to qualify.

Pan-Florida Challenge Ride for Hungry Kids
The 2018 Pan-Florida Challenge Ride for Hungry Kids, scheduled for March 10, 2018 is a charity ride with the goal of raising enough funds to provide millions of meals for hungry kids. Every dollar raised helps provide life-sustaining food for kids via our Pan-Florida Challenge Power Packs, delivered directly to the backpacks of kids every Friday. In the past three years, riders have helped provide over 3 million meals to hungry kids. Ride Routes include 10/30/62/100/180 miles. All rides are fully supported and include catered meals, water stops, PFC jersey (for 30 miles and up), and overnight accommodations for 100 and 180 mile rides). All rides will begin at North Collier Regional Park in Naples. Registration fees and fundraising minimums vary by ride route. This is opportunity to ride the beautiful back-roads of Florida with a friendly group of like-minded riders committed to a very worthy cause.

20th Annual Royal Palm Challenge
Join us for two days of riding in beautiful Southwest Florida. That′s right, this year we are offering two rides for the price of one! Saturday rides of 32 or 42 miles, as well as the main event on Sunday. The Saturday rides will use different routes than Sunday, but all rides will start and end at Fort Myers Brewing Company. Registration in $45 through March 8th. Fee includes pre-event and post-event activities plus lunch, full rest stops and SAG support on course. Feel like going on a cycling adventure in the Bahamas? Consider joining in on Ride for Hope?s Gran Fondo Eleuthera, March 10th 2018, which will take you on an excursion through Eleuthera Island, just over an hour?s flight from Miami. You?ll pedal past turquoise, crystal clear waters, quaint settlements, and be taken on a journey that combines scenic riding, historical sites with little to no traffic. The route, if riding over 50 miles will even lead you on a venture over the world famous glass window bridge. Throughout the weekend, before and after the ride, you can experience true freedom and island living as you wander the winding roads and explore off the beaten track trails leading you to seemingly untouched private beach escapes, hidden treasures, caves and lots of outdoor adventure. International flights fly directly into various Eleuthera international airports all throughout the week from major hubs in the USA, along with daily flights direct from the Bahamas? capital city of Nassau. Proceeds from all Ride for Hope participants? fundraising efforts are donated towards the treatment and research of cancer in the Bahamas. Cyclists choose their own participation level (starting with a fundraising minimum of $500; $250 for students) along with their own personal goal of how many miles they intend to ride (an out and back route of up to 100 miles).

Alabama Backroads Century Series
Presented by Pepsi Cola, PrimalWear Cycling Apparel, Academy Sports, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, and TREK Bikes, the 2018 Alabama Backroads Century Series is a series of 13 great Alabama centuries! The goal of the ABCS is to promote the growth and development of long distance cycling in the state of Alabama, encourage participation in established Alabama century (100 mile) rides, recognize and reward individual cyclists for their accomplishments, and benefit the charities and advocacy efforts supported by each of these events. The series also provides a great opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors Alabama and the scenic and unique backdrops that each ride calls it?s own. As a participant you are encouraged to ride and complete as many of the series centuries as possible. Each century will have their own unique medal designed and awarded to each participant that meets the challenge of riding 100 miles. If you can complete at least 4 of the 10 centuries in the series you will be awarded a special embroidered patch by the Alabama Backroads Century Ride Series. Some may make it a goal to complete 1,000 miles of the best centuries the state has to offer and these amazing cyclists will receive free event jerseys which distinguish them as "Champions." Centurions must sign in at the end of each ride to receive their medals & credit. We also do tons of photos to post on our website and social media! Restoration Ride
Restoration Ride will join the Alabama Backroads Century Series in its 4th year as a fund raising event for the Kymulga Grist Mill and Park in Alpine, Al., just outside of Childersburg and #1 in the Alabama Backroads Century Series. In our first 3 yrs, money raised has helped the mill make improvements on the mill grounds, improve the supporting structure of the civil war era grist mill and improve RV camp areas. The Restoration Ride will hosting a 101 mile, a 73 mile route, a 33 mile, and an 8 mile family fun ride for the 2018 Event. Pre-ride breakfast will be served from 6:00am til 7:15am consisting of fresh cooked scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatos, and biscuits and gravy! 101 mile and 73 miler rolls out at 8:00am CST and 33 mile and 8 milers roll at 8:10am cst. After your ride, return to the mill for a hot and fresh smoked pork shoulder, smoked chicken, home made deviled eggs, green beans, cole slaw and an un-believable banana pudding! Vegan dishes will be available as well! Money raised will once again go to the preservation and upkeep of the Kymulga Grist Mill and Park!

100/80/56/40 miles. Registration opens at 6:30am at the LCpl Justin Wilson Memorial Park at 2050 Mapp Road, Palm City, Fl. Ride will go through the open farm land western Martin County. Rest stops and SAG will be provided. 7:30am start for 100/80 mile ride, 830am start for 56 and 40 mile ride. Lunch following the ride completion.

Tour de Parks 2018
The Tour de Parks is a non-competitive bicycle tour of Sarasota Parks, including the Legacy Trail. Rides lengths: 20/35/62 miles. Start-finish line: Historic Venice Train Depot. Registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, on-course refreshment stations, SAG support and tech T-shirt to the first 650 registrants. Entry fees are $40-$50 depending on when you register. Rides begin at 7:30 a.m. on March 25. The course will close at 2 p.m. No rain date. No refunds. Most of the proceeds are used to support The Legacy Trail and efforts to expand it 8 miles to downtown Sarasota. See the Friends of The Legacy Trail website to register and for more information.

Up with Down Ride
The Up With Down Bike Ride was created as an annual event by cyclists for cyclists to promote World Down Syndrome Day. Three routes, 20 mile, half century and century, highlight the scenic byways of Flagler and Volusia County. Pass ocean and marsh vistas, ride through Flagler Beach, one of Florida′s last true beach towns, bike the famous Loop with its National Scenic Drive designation. Lunch follows catered by Mezzaluna′s, one of Flagler County′s most popular restaurants. Scheduled rest stops and SAG vehicle provided. All proceeds will be used to establish an enrichment center for disabled children and adults.
