What if I need a W-9 for my agency to issue payment to FBA?

What if I cannot attend and have to cancel, what is the PBPWF Cancellation Policy?

A refund will be issued less a $50 handling fee on any PBPWF cancellations received in writing (laura@floridabicycle.org) prior to May 1, 2010. Unless the event sells out and we can sell your registration to a wait-listed applicant, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 1, 2010.

Is there a registration deadline?

The meetings are set up to accommodate approximately 250 people at any one time. Register early to make sure you have a spot!
Everyone, including speakers, must register for the conference.

Will there be registration on site?

Yes.

What if I missed the CALL FOR PAPERS deadline, can I still be included in a session?

Perhaps, if space is available. Send us your call for paper and we'll see what we can do to include your topic!

What if my company or agency wants to have a booth/display at the conference. What should I do?
